SEASON PERIODS
& RENTAL RATES - 2010 "Offseason":
Jan 1st - Mar 18th ====> $600.00 per week "Spring":
Mar 19th - May 20th ====> $800.00 per week "Late
Spring": May 21st - June 3rd ====> $1,200.00 per week "Summer": June
4th - Aug 5th ====> $1,750.00 per week "Late
Summer": Aug 6th - Sep 6th ====> $1,000.00 per week "Fall":
Sep 7th - Dec 31st ====> $800.00 per week *Call
for rates for less than one week during non-peak seasons. *Rates
do not include the following: security deposit

Cancellation Policy - Refunds
If (1) the property re-rents for the same length of time and for
the same rental amount and (2) a deposit has been received
from the replacement tenant, then a full refund,
less
the Reservation Fee, Travel Insurance, Sales Taxes and
any other Extras Paid, will be issued.
IF THE PROPERTY
DOES NOT RE-RENT
ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED.
These rules apply to all cancellations,
regardless
of the reason for cancellation.
