Cancellation Policy - Refunds
If (1) the property re-rents
for the same length of time and for
the same rental amount and (2) a deposit has been received
from the replacement
tenant, then a full refund,
less the Reservation Fee, Travel Insurance, Sales Taxes and
any other Extras Paid,
will be issued.
IF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT RE-RENT
ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED.
These rules apply
to all cancellations,
regardless of the reason for cancellation.
