(Bring your own basketball,
please. Ping-pong paddles & balls are furnished.)
Pets are generally not allowed. However, some exceptions
may be made on a case-by-case basis. No exceptions will be made for cats or large dogs. If an exception is made, a non-refundable
pet deposit is required, which is a minimum of $75.00.
Security deposit: $150.00, to be refunded after
your post-departure inspection.
